QUALITY
Quality is an integral part of Con-Force products, services and the way we do business. Our dedicated quality management staff constantly ensure production activities comply with our Quality Management System, project specific Quality Management Plan and ITPs.
Prior to commencement of every Con-Force job a project specific Quality Management Plan is created and submitted to the Client for their review to ensure that all project specific quality requirements are included in our documentation. Along with the project specific QMP a project specific ITP is created as a tool for our quality staff to perform daily inspections and checks that products are meeting the tolerances required. The ITP ensures that all quality inspections and tests are performed within the specified timeframes and quantities listed in the specification.
Con-Force Structures Ltd. is a member in good standing with CPCI (Canadian Precast Concrete Institute) and is a certified precast plant under CPCI’s CPCQA (Canadian Precast Concrete Quality Assurance) Certification Program. CPCI members supply architectural and structural precast concrete elements fabricated and certified in accordance with CSA Standard A23.4 “Precast Concrete Materials and Construction”. A CPCQA certified precast concrete plant demonstrates that it has the facilities, the personnel and the procedures necessary to produce safe, quality products.
CPCQA facilities are audited by a third-party inspector (professional engineer) on a bi-annual basis for conformance to the certification. This audit also covers our Quality Management System to ensure that all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and CSA A23.4
